That's not tinfoil, that's common knowledge. CODE members run goons ministry of love fleets quite a lot.

Their comms are open, that's fair. But when they log onto goon comms and get authed under their goon name while communicating in game from their code alt, that means they are actually in goons. I've seen quite a few of the higher ranked code members doing this. Truly, I thought they'd all but come out and said this themselves now.
