For mental anguish , psychological cruelty , moral damage. timeout and everything else covered by the Mexican legislaacion of consumer protection .

I think Mill SP 5 for each active clients until today would be sufficient to repair the damage

maybe it was all the server traffic generated by the whining that slowed down progress on the fix?

i mean some of the comments were LOL funny,, i bet they had to stop and have a laugh at whats being said here, from time to time,,

maybe it was the people who saw the server was down, and still tried to log in anyway?

With this unscheduled down time due to programming / hardware errors, how will this affect the perceptions of newbies, how will it affect revenue generation and lastly how will it affect the perception of the community that CCP provide a reliable and efficient MMORPG. The perception that CCP cannot overcome software issues will have certainly damaged their reputation, How are they going to overcome this . Maybe if CCP gave us regular updates into the situation they may alleviate our concerns, rather than letting speculation grow and more damage manifest itself. CCP Let us know what's happening.

If you can't roll back, your management and testing people are absolutely not doing their jobs. Sorry, reality is a *****. Twitter, youTube, Google, Bing, they all get it. Maybe you should get it too.

Again for me this is just funny, but reality is a ***** and if you are not competent to run a server farm, maybe you should hire people who are?
