I stopped playing for while because of frequent issues just like this but never this bad....... I think this is just terrible considering the money we pay every month for a service which should run better than this - approaching the 12 hour mark now - this is not the way to treat your subscribers..... sorry if that sounds harsh but I'm disappointed.

Your obviously well placed anger reminds me of this lady i was in line behind at the store the other day. She just could not understand how the check reader was broken. Insisting of course that the car she drove, and apparent air of haughtiness, superseded the machines inability to work at the time. Screaming at the guy working on it would probably make it work again though. It works with her gardeners i am sure. Just as I am sure TQ would be live again if CCP would only starve their employee's. Perhaps a bit of dehydration would incentivize them to step it up too eh?

Firstly: I have been more entertained reading this thread than I have in a Very Long Time...

Secondly: All of you Entitled Children bitching and moaning: Give it up already. It's a Game. If this is the worst thing that happens to me today, I'm pretty sure I can call it a Good Day. If I couldn't , I'd have to start Seriously Reconsidering my Priorities. Maybe that 's just me...

As you’re all aware, Tranquility is still offline after today’s scheduled daily downtime.

This is due to an issue with a code deployment today while patching for a few fixes in EVE Online. The issue caused the cluster to fail to start up correctly, and as such, Tranquility is currently unavailable for play for both EVE and DUST.

Our operations and development team are working on this issue as we speak, and we’re hoping to have Tranquility back online for you guys as soon as possible.

Right now, we don’t have an ETA for when the cluster will be back online and accepting connections, but we’ll keep you updated in this thread.

Maybe, hence my 99.9%. It's nothing I count on will happen. If they want to, and feel like it, we will probably get something. But I don't expect do be given something for free. Smile

It's an awkward situation. I don't expect to get something for free either, but CCP has a reputation for embarassing the consumers with over-compensation for the tiniest of problems. They're really good to their base.


Yeah, that is true. But with all the whines, I really hope CCP doesn't give a dime. Some people have to accept the fact the CCP and all in the building, are just... HUMANS!
