Fair enough. I assume that you have saved the previous state of the system--the one that was working before you attempted the fixes and patches. Why not roll back the changes, restore the status quo ante, and do some more testing offline?

@CCP Falcon - I can't be bothered to read the whole thread, but I'll post this for you

I'm sure you guys are doing everything possible to get TQ back up and running smoothly; I'm sure you are all putting in a lot of very panicked hours and there are a lot of sinking feelings going around. I genuinely appreciate all the work you do to keep this entertainment of ours running, and I look forward to logging back in whenever things clear up.

I think we should just start from scratch. Every last one of us. Like back in the good old days when we played sp games - you didn't like how it was turning out, but you had a much better handle on the mechanics so you gave up the few hours you'd played already to begin again in a more efficient manner.
Consider this: Most (if not all) the bittervets would quit, not wanting to reinvest the years, and those of us who are (relatively new) would actually have a fighting chance.
Yes, I have in fact been drinking since downtime. hehe...
