LOL @ all the people "also working in IT" telling CCP to just go home and start again tomorrow.

because yes, that's EXACTLY what you do when you have a client-facing mission-critical service down and a million unhappy customers - you eat some pizza, smoke a blunt and go home to **** to your favourite Pornhub series and then start fresh in the morning.
