I found the problem!!!! Some Idiot accidentaly let a Cat in. It enters in the Server Room, Hamsters are running amok, making a real mess, meanwhile the CCP Staff are trying to catch one Hamster at time.

What you picked out of the whole cluster is just specs of one alone DB server. DB server does not need that much of a CPU power, but rather a lot of fast memory and really fast storage.

You may have missed the part about 60 blades, each equipped with 2 dualcore processors.

Soon after the server is up and running CCP plans to repay us by going to the nearest bar and sacrificing many MANY brain cells by pouring distilled spirits down their throats. This will appease the gaming gods of yore thus giving us players much better luck over the next week

While it would be a nice gesture on their part. I do not expect them to do anything except get me back online as soon as they can. I had things that needed to be done right after reboot hours ago for some of my toons (better implants) and am not going to have the skill points I should. It sucks, but it is a game. I have played for many years, and they have managed to keep the game interesting for a LONG time. As improvements are made. sometimes things go wrong. I hate when it happens, but I don't blame them.
