Something you'd like to share with us friend? It's cool, we're pretty accepting. Hell, I got back from having my surgery in Thailand not too long ago. Great stuff.



Most of what I can share is along the lines of 'Don't ask, don't tell.' I liked that policy.

I didn't ask. So why am I constantly being told? Bruce/Caitlyn should be able to be whatever, in silence. There is no need to tell.

Seems like today, there is a lot of need to tell me things, things I never asked. I was just trying to introduce some levity into the situation, but what I can tell you is that love the stars and bars, and that's a lot more of an issue for me than Bruce ever was, or eve being down.

Look at how fast these posts come. There is, and I'm not even being facetious here, more interest generated in server downtime than in most anything I've recently seen. Anyhows, enough blather, unless you have something amusing you want to add, that is.

Wow.

To a large extent, I've never seen such a bunch of entitled whiners. This is a game, folks.

I've been where CCP are now, in Real Life (anyone ranting here knows what that is?). I can assure you that no one involved with the servers or the relevant programming now is sitting back and opening up the beers. They're going through a nightmare right now.

CCP Falcon is telling us what can be told. In situations like this its a delicate balance between letting the guys who can fix the issue fix the issue, and bugging them to tell you what's going on when it probably isn't clear to anyone yet.

A good percentage of you folks are reacting like 13 year old boys whose only knowledge of responsibility is taking a shower once in a while and making sure your corp's POSs are fueled up.

Let's be nice humans with some compassion & a reasonable sense of priorities. CCP want the servers back up, believe it or not, more than we do, and they have a better reason for it.

Keep hacking, CCP. Ignore the haters. They have no idea what's going on.

Oh, and Falcon, loved the addition of the Maurice fire-in-server-room graphic. Made my day!

seriously tho, with all of the chaff on this forum, does anyone actually know what the actual issue is. For example, is it a software issue or has the Icelandic government forgotten to pay the electricity bill?
