In the ultimate grand scheme of your life, Eve being down for a few hours on a Wednesday really, honestly isn't that big a deal in the least.

I know we live in the entitlement "right now" generation, but seriously. There's nothing you can do to make Eve come back online faster, the issue is being worked on as we speak.

As Mom used to say, "****** happens". If this few hours of extra downtime is the worst thing to happen to you in your entire life, then I seriously envy you.

More than 3 hours downtime - looks not very professional.

Every change of software can be faulty but there must be a way to rollback to a working system. If I do this in my job, I didnt survive the day.

Maybe that some guys dont remember, that there are customers on the other side.
