Making courier contract scamming more difficult

I have noticed that people make lots of courier contract scams. I have idea how to make scamming a little bit more difficult but still not impossible (I don't even want scamming to be impossible).

When someone accepts courier contract his/her name is visible to contractor. Change it so contractor don't see who accepted his/her contract until courier contract cargo has been delivered to destination or until courier contract has reached failed status.

Comments are welcome for my idea.

Easy to fix.
You accepting his/her contract with your main, then re-contract to your hauling alt. Or accepting with your alt and re-contract to your main hauler. Since those ae priv contracts noone can see them. I think this was used long time ago.

"The message is that there are known knowns. There are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say there are things that we now know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know" - CCP

Yes this is the fix for pretty much every EVE player, because CCP has created a game that extreeeemely encourages everyone to have multiple accounts, but still... not everyone does.

People with only one account could still do this between multiple characters, sure... but come on? Couldn't a simple favor like this be done for haulers? Shouldn't the game be not only possible with only 1 character, but also fun and not completely disadvantaged?

Simple. Don't accept high reward/high collateral contracts if you're not willing to accept the higher risk involved. There are a few ways to mitigate the risk already, without an alt, so use those.

Technically right and wrong. You can just use a friend. Social life and that kind of crap everyone is so hyped about. Roll

Then again, yes, I would very much like to get some candy handed to the haulers of New Eden. And proper gankers with cargo scanner alts/friends won't even notice a difference.

My ridicule, heavy criticism and general pale outlook about your or CCP's ideas is nothing but an encouragement to prove me wrong. Give it a try.

This makes your idea pointless. Anyone worthwhile will not be counting on you moving the contracted items with the same character that accepted the contract.

There are lots of ... less proficient gankers around in the game. *cough* PL, for instance. *cough* Moreover, if you haven't noticed that you are carrying a gank contract right after accepting it (nosy haulers live longer), you could notice by seeing cargo/ship scanners in unusual places. Then again ... this would require the hauler being good at what they are doing ... Ugh So, basically just a wee bit more security by obscurity, but at least obscurity works in EVE.

Not my idea, just saying.
