Question about cerebral accelerator

Hello,

I have a question about the cerebral accelerator I just purchased premium edition after 5-6days on my free trial account. My friend that plays eve said the cerebral accelerator gives me 30 days of boosted Skill points, but I only got 10days. Has something changed or did I do something wrong? Thank you.

They come in a few different grades with varying time periods. The time period they work for goes from the date the character was born, not the date that the accelerator was activated.

I would guess from your post that you purchased the prototype version which lasts for 14 days from character creation.

Note that the shorter duration accelerators boost at a higher rate. Some players have been known to switch accelerators as they expire.

Tip: The current skill will continue to train at the advanced rate AS LONG AS you do not stop or make any changes to the queue. So be sure to have a very long skill training when it expires.
