This is now explicitly an Imperium event; Third Thursdays every month, 8pm at the Atomic Koi. The public is welcome to join if you're interested in seeing how we roll.

When: 8pm, Third Thursdays of each month. We're off to the next bar at 10:30pm.

Madison is reasonably centrally located for a lot of the midwest. Fair amount of playerbase up here because it's so freaking cold out in the winter at times, you'd really rather be sitting inside at a computer!

I'll be attending - I know I've met at least a half dozen goons in the city alone, so stands to reason there are other players too. I've had my goon logo shirt recognized in public before...

For anyone in Chicago area, there is the cheap bus back and forth (Van Gelder line) which has wifi, and only takes 3 hours. Other than the meet up too - plenty to see here (House on the Rock is not far, and we have 4 breweries, and State Street).

There is fuckall I can eat at said bar, was pondering grabbing sushi or something beforehand. I work 4 blocks away so it seems dumb to go home for dinner first.

Is this on for Tuesday June 2nd? I'd like to stop by and see if the popcorn is as good as I remember it! (How I remember anything from Come Back Inn or Essen Haus is a mystery.)

Sorry I wasn't able to make it to the June date, I will be attempting to make it to the July date if you guys are going to meet that night or the August date. Would really like to make it up for one of your get-together's. If any of you guys are interested we are hosting a meet-up in Des Moines, IA. Only about a 4 hour or so drive Madison.

When I am not as broke I will come up. That's both physically and monetarily. I still need to get the army surgeon to sign off on letting me leave the base.
