This exactly.
I've been slowly filling a freighter with them.
Perhaps I should just take it directly to an observatory as a peace offering.

Also, I don't think animosity and willingness to communicate are mutually exclusive. Players have proven this time and time again.

Is there a full list of contacts? I have the amarrian and khanid, wondering if there are any others.
