Faction Contacts responses

Just curious, as this forum seems to be growing quiet and the relevant thread is quite old - Are mails to faction contacts still monitored by anyone?

If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all...

Sometimes it may take a while for there to be a response. Otherwise, it could be a matter of the factional contact not deeming you worthy of a response. Evi had Citizen Ahvar as a pen pal for a while which was a big factor in her self radicalization pointing her down the path to Nation. Meanwhile I have an alt who does a lot of business RP that tried to sweet talk the Quafe contact, no response. When I have the time I am going to mission grind for Quafe on that character. Hopefully with a vastly higher standing I can get a response from Quafe! :D

Hmm, that would be too bad. Any answer is better than no answer.

Whoever you are trying to contact, keep in mind that your standings and past expressed loyalties do matter. If you are the sort who, for example, has lots of high standings with different Amarrian groups and has always been a vocal supporter of the Empress, you're much more likely to get responses (and positive ones) from Amarrian contacts rather than Minmatar. I've no idea who you're trying to contact, but it may be worth setting yourself up as someone they would want to respond to. I hope that helps.

Well, Concord in this case, but i've got reasonable standings with them plus a decent sec status. Maybe it's been too far back or too obtuse but i've been a supporter regardless :)
