*move all the skills relevant to bpo research to production skill tab. this skill function has production support skills so it makes more sense to have them in production. also this will make science tab less crowded.

rebuild the bounty system.
have it so players have to pay to get a hunting tag for a specific bounty. having this item makes the bounty an enemy player you can shoot at without consequence. if the players ship is destroyed a bounty trophy is left in the wreak, that only a player with the bounty tag can loot. this tag can be traded for the full bounty
limit the amount of bounty's one player can have issued against him or her to 1 per week. also have the price range scaled to the sec status so its expansive to issue a bounty so someone with high or neutral sec status but its considerably cheaper to place a bounty on a criminal or low sec status. or have the option to transfer kill rights you may have on a target to the bounty office in place of a payment.. once a bounty is complete the layer who set the bounty receives a piece of the bounty's body as a trophy.
its not a perfect idea and it needs tinkering with but it beats the boring system we got now.

add more layers images and colours to the corp logo creator. add a little editor that lets flip move around resize and colour objects that that player can have more freedom creating logos.

make the caracal less thin and more bulky. rather then just a re skin. write it into he law as caracal model 2.0 its shin stick body and odd wings make it hard to look at.

likewise with the cormorant. make the rear more bulky also iv noticed that when you stop the ship it sinks backwards this happens on all ships but on the cormorant, its larger front and small back make it really noticeable.

split these ideas out into single threads and they might be worth a sensible discussion

that said, I don't agree with any of them, except moving the skills relevant to BPO research, because I don't know enough to disagree or agree with that

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

The Science and Metallurgy skills are pre-reqs for other skills. Moving them to the Production tab will make things more confusing than they already are.

"for the full bounty"

Ever consider why they don't have it so you can cash in the full bounty? They have a technical name: Alts. Use alt to get tag and hunt the main's bounty, cash in the tag for the full bounty, rinse repeat. Besides, why would CCP allow only the tag holder the right to loot the bounty? Not very sandbox if you can't break the rules.
