Nice char, but with all those weapons I figured you would have finished your Gunnery & Missile support skills. Unfortunately not.

People see a butt-kicker like this, they expect to hop in a ship and be at highest effectiveness. You'll probably get a lot more elite bidders if you took the 1.5-2 months and finished them off.
