Changing clothes without portrait

Is it possible to change your clothing in the station mirror utility without being forced to change your portrait? So that you can wear something different in station to what your portrait shows?

I'm fairly sure I read somewhere recently that this was going to be changed (*cheer*) but now can neither remember where that was, or find it again to prove I'm not insane.

So assuming I didn't just dream that (stranger dreams have happened), we shouldn't have to keep redoing our portraits for too much longer :p
