Deathcan Rescue Report:

117.04.19 18:32 Atek Drex 64 people

With our limited time, we rescue whomever we can. These 64 people begin new lives among others with a shared deathcan experience. May they find their new lives to be fulfilling and significant.

The Disciples of Ston bid you peace

Re-Enslavement Report:

2015-04-21 21:34 69 Slaves
2015-04-21 22:56 30 Slaves, 5 Slavers, 4 Slaver Hounds

The Disciples of Ston love to describe how they treat the Slavers whom they take captive; they love the turnabout; they love seeing Slaves go free while Slavers become prisoners.

I am the opposite. In my cult, Slavers are exalted; they are given absolute power over Slaves — the power to kill; the power to humiliate. And humiliate they do. My Slavers tread upon my Slaves; they use Slaves as footstools, tables, furniture — they debase and degrade slaves night and day. And they parade before Slaves in garments of pure gold and the finest jewelry with their noses in the air — anything to impress upon my miserable Slaves the massive, unbridgeable gap between Slave and Slaver.

Re-Enslavement Report:

2015-04-23 22:02 15 Slavers, 27 Hounds, 23 Freedom Fighters, 2 Stranded Pilots, 2 Oura Madusaari
2015-04-23 22:20 35 Slaves

The "Borkstar Variation". Named after its inventor, an addition to my Sacrificial Rite so sinister, so vile, so twisted that I dare not describe it on this moderated forum. Suffice it to say that nothing degrades, humiliates, and lessens a slave quite like the "Borkstar Variation". And so the "Borkstar Variation" will be the fate of these 23 Freedom Fighters, a species of captive lower than slaves, lower even that Exotic Dancers. Let's see these filthy Freedom Fighters fight for freedom after they get "Borkstar-ed".

Not that I condone either but...

The distinction is the "god" to which they both swear fealty. The god of Nauplius is the "Red God," often associated with the Sani Sabik, a god of malice who favors strength and brutality as demonstrations of faith and praise.

The god of the Amarr is simply known as "God" and favors order and the instilling of discipline as demonstrations of faith and praise.

To the Amarr, the work of one such as Monsieur Nauplius would be considered vile and wicked as it does nothing to build an individual up in discipline and order, nor shape them toward living a life in service before God, it is utterly destructive and good for nothing.

To Monsieur Nauplius, the work of the Amarr is insufficient to glorify God and ultimately falls short of true devotion to the purification and edification of creation.

At least, that's how I understand it.

Heh I understand the difference between the San Sabik and Amarr religions, just not how they interpret the same book so different, Its more so the mentality of it and how they vary so much.

There is a significant amount of Sabik that consider 'God' to be metaphorical.

And of those that are theistic, none of them would call Nauplius brother. He is a petulant child and an embarrassment to the species.

He has some followers and fans. But it is true that he has none so many to make himself influential.

Perhaps I was being hyperbolic to an extent. But it is accurate to describe him as a bizarre outlier -- to such an extent that it could be argued that he is not in fact a Raider or Sabik. He has invented his own belief system based upon a bizarre hatred of Minmatar and a love of random violence that serves no purpose. He is nothing more than a mindless butcher.

Our God is a God with every emotion cranked up to infinity. And that "every emotion" includes hatred, anger; even cruelty. Yes, our God is a cruel God.

Do you know how cruel our God is? Picture the most cruel act that you have ever witnessed — no, picture the most cruel act that you have ever heard of, in all of history. Then multiply that level of cruelty by a million billion trillion. And that level of cruelty — that number we humans cannot even fathom — is but a trifle, but an insignificant speck compared to the level of cruelty of which God is capable at every moment of every day.
