"Equal justice is not merely a caption on the photo of our galaxy, it is perhaps the most inspiring ideal of New Eden. It is one of the ends for which our entire race exists...it is fundamental that justice should be the same, in substance and availability, without regard to status."
-Freya Sertan

Tyrell Heavy Industries (stock ticker: NXS9) is a corporation based around, well, industry. We also recognize the dangers that New Eden offers all capsuleers. NXS9 also offers mining and mining support, hauling and hauling support, and armed escort to those who need or want it. We are a young corporation seeking members of like mind in order to carve out our space in New Eden.

"I find vigilante justice extremely attractive. I adore the idea that the murderer decides that this person has gone too far, and that nothing will happen to them unless she does something to stop them."
-Freya Sertan

Far too many capsuleers in New Eden are afraid to protect themselves, their corporation... their way of life and existence. This fear is unwarranted and ultimately counterproductive to existence. In order for a capsuleer to carve out the space in New Eden for them to live they must be willing to open fire on other pilots, destroy their ship and expose their corpse to the frozen expanse of space. NXS9 is not willing to be pacifist. NXS9 is not a corporation that will hide from declarations of war; NXS9 is OURS and we will defend it.

"The way of the universe is to take what you want, from whoever has it, make it yours and defend it as best you can. If you cannot do this, make way for those who can."
-Freya Sertan

If someone else has something you want, take it. NXS9 will not stand in your way. We understand, completely, the desire to expand yourself. We are not a pacifist organization. We do not shy away from PvP engagements or declarations of war. We might lose ships and capsules but we will lose them defending what is ours. NXS9 feels that your PvP is your PvP; we will never tell you not to engage.

Justice is in the hands of the pilots who desire it. Tyrell Heavy Industries desires justice and we are willing to do what we can in order to preserve it. Starting with our own and expanding beyond, justice will prevail.

New Eden isn't nice. It isn't friendly. It isn't very hospitiable. Good thing there are people here to shoot in the face.

"Ma'am, we have boosted the relay signal. The message should be coming in clear again."

"Excellent, captain. The word needs to get out there."
