Of course you don't. It's cropped out.

This seems to have been my issue. I had the launcher pinned to my taskbar rather than the exe.

Thanks Avalon after many months I finaly sorted this out. Everybody keeps saying you have to run it through launcher which i have tried but i used launcher.exe. and not eve.exe.
