WTB 100m+ SP PVP Charakter

I am looking for a 100m+ SP PVP charakter.

What I am not looking for:

I am NOT interested in Production skills.
I am NOT interested in Trading skills.
I am NOT interested in Resource processing skills.
I am NOT interested in Super Capital skills.

What i am looking for:

Very good Gunnery skills.
Good Missile skills
Very good armor skills.
Very good Shield skills.
Very good Spaceship command skills.
Good Drone skills.
Very good Support skills.
Very good navigation skills.

Ships:

The Charakter should be able to fly pretty much all subcap ships that are pvp related. On the capital side of things i'm looking for a charakter that can fly: Archon, Moros, (Naglfar would be nice aswell). These two ships are nessecary all other capital ships are a nice bonus but not nessecary. Any supercapital skills are a nice little bonus but i am not particulary interested in having them.

I am not interested in: Freighters, Orca/Rorqual, Industrial ships, Marauders

Name:

A good name would be lovely but if the charakter is good on skills i am fine with a suboptimal name.

On looking through the Charakter bazar i haven't found a charakter that i could not afford so far, so feel free to post anything that fits my expectations.

great character.
Able to use high grade implants.
leadership close to being done.
real good core skills.
18mil in guns.
Great NAV skills.
Great shields and armor.
Can Fly all dreads and carriers, they do need some capital skills. These books are newly purchased.
Can accept level 5 missions.
No real hurry to sell as he is my fleet buffer, but the right price and he can be any ones.
Lots of implants, I don't want to list them, to much work for it. lol
Covert and black ops with covert cyno with portal gen.
