I typically avoid responding to anything posted by Monsieur Nauplius as I often find myself regretting doing so but occasionally my compulsion to respond overpowers my greater judgment and these types of posts are born. My apologies in advance to anyone rolling their eyes either now or by the end of this post and its related responses.

I admire your persistence and dedication to liberating the enslaved, discarded and neglected. Though it may mean little or naught, you have my appreciation and respect for your continued work.

To Monsieur Nauplius,

If your actions are truly meant to glorify God and not yourself, why do you feel the pressing need to boast about them here in the public venues of IGS? Such actions can only be meant to bring glory and attention to yourself, which suggests that the appreciation of your God is not substantial enough for you and you must instead seek recognition (for good or ill) from these subhumans that surround you.

Or perhaps it is simply a psychological issue in which you enjoy being the villain and basking in the attention it affords you.

Either way, if I have ever desired to believe in God; I would pray he was just and omnipotent so as to reward you justly for your deeds done in his name, wretched creature.

Pleasure Hubs are something in space that I can target and destroy. Something not true of most other places of sin in the universe.

Minmatarness is worse than anything that happens in a Pleasure Hub. What happens after death to a Minmatar who spends her entire life feeding the poor, curing the sick, comforting the afflicted and all the while never thinking a single selfish thought, ever? She burns in Hell forever.

Drop ships start coming down like great big groupers out of water. The anti drop ship rail guns go into action. Whooosh! Whooosh! Explosions, baby! Explosions! The drop ships that make it down open their big ugly fish faces, and out swarm hordes of red kamikaziras, yelling and screaming and manipulating weapons in thrilling technique. They fight their way into the bunkers and we get about half an hour of glorious megadimensional surround gore. Action!

After the action, cut to the blasted entrance. A great big rectangle of sandy reddish sky framed in twisted steel hung with bodies, some of which managed to get themselves into very precarious positions before dying and fall at cinematically appropriate times. Surrounded by sky framed in twisted steel, the big bad red boss in shiny red ceramic body armor with a great big impractical red cape and a crimson electrokatana. Oppressive theme song! The big bad red boss strides through the blasted bunker up to a ring of captives.

He lifts the head captive up by the throat and says: "Where are the Thirteen Priestesses?"

This is my ninth anti-rescue of exactly ten slaves. Someday, I shall understand why slaves are commonly found in units of ten. But that day is not today.

The above report does not even begin to tell the story. Those 68 were just a tiny part of perhaps the largest slave jettisoning in the history of this thread, 7246 slaves in two "deathcans", all ejected by a pilot "Ed Tuk". My slave pilot's frigate was inadequate to the size of this horde, and so I ordered him to switch to an armed vessel and exterminate the remaining slaves. By the time he returned to the border, however, the huge cans of slaves were gone. I hope they disintegrated before anyone else rescued them; the fact that one slave remained, ejected by a different pilot gives me hope this is the case.

I despise those Amarr who see slavery as slavery, and not what it truly is by word of God.

Slavery is a way for the Amarr to teach races of God and to cleanse them of their sins. As such, any slaves I free I will donate to this cause. As a sidenote, I am a Holder and own nearly 123 slaves.

You see, us Amarrians do not see it as 'slavery', we see it as purifying a race. Guiding them to a new age, guiding them to god and to Faith.

Slavery, why such use a word like this to describe what we are doing? Us Holders (the legal owner of slaves, not the other Heretics who hold slaves without due cause or permission by the Empress) hold our "slaves" so that we may purify them of their unholiness. The Ni-Kunni for example, they were once slaves. Now they are a flourishing race within the Empire, and so it shall continue!

Holding someone against their will to indoctrinate them into a faith against their choosing? That's not slavery? And while yes some "see the light" theres always Stockholm syndrome to explain that. That or brain washing... If they were willing to convert they wouldn't need a collar.
