Player Features and Ideas Discussion

I would like the ability to refund skill points such that they can be reallocated to different skills. Would it be feasible to implement such a feature if there was a restriction on how many points one could refund per time period, and/or a penalty to the quantity of points received from a refund, for example -25%?

I realize this doesn't make sense from a RP point of view, but neither do the boosts to stats that new players can receive either. It would go a long way toward helping new players who become disenchanted with their initial career choices and want to try something new.

I read some of the other posts and did not see the suggestion to implement penalties for refunding skill points so that part is not redundant AFAIK. I'd like to hear feedback on that in particular.

Also please drop the attitude.

It's been beaten to death. this is the 15th topic on this that I have seen since I started lurking F&I hard, with every manner of penalties you can imagine having been proposed in the comments of various thread. Lose the attitude that the regulars are being mean, when really, most of us just want people to read the existing comments in the existing threads rather than make us restate why an idea would kill the game over and over.

And you broke the forum rules, and then broke into personal attacks when told to follow them, like everyone else.
