'Covert' Entosis link - Steal / deny structure benefits

I thought of this when I was reading the [New structures] Observatory Arrays and Gates sticky post. Especially Observatory Arrays are a very interesting concept, with many possible features.

I think CCP thinks of deploying them both defensively (enhance map features etc) and offensively (jam features).
Maybe their features should only (or mostly) be defensive, and enhance map features, dscan and all of this; but the 'enemy alliance' can use some sort of module to effect the bonuses.

Maybe some sort of 'Covert' Entosis link that cannot start the Sov capturing or any of the features that the normal one can. Instead it would either 'steal' some of the bonuses applied by the structure. Or disable them for the owning alliance.

This could be done through some sort of hacking minigame to make the player feel like Tom Cruise in MI.

For instance:
Add delayed local in (sov)nullsec and let Observatory Arrays make it normal local chat. And you can pick who of your allies can also see local. Then hostiles can 'hack' the module with the Covert Entosis Link, they can either choose to see local chat as well, or disable it for everybody in system for something like 30 minutes.

This would be an awesome feature since an alliance can send a small team of 'hackers' ahead to "turn off the lights" and then a fleet can fly through largely unnoticed. Unless scouts are send there after the report of the observatory being shot down.

Another idea:
I'm not sure how well this would work, but maybe the Covert Entosis Link could be used to shut down a player owned stargate for 5-10 minutes. Definitely not longer since this would be very unbalanced imo.
You could then also add a (couple) midslot(s) module(s) for structure with some sort of Northon Antivirus software that makes it harder to get hacked.

In general I think all structures should be vulnerable to be 'hacked' 23/7 instead of just in the Prime-time thingy. This could add extra gameplay for TZ's that are less likely to get big SOV fights in a certain area.

These are just a couple of things I thought of when I was reading the new structures post above. What are your thoughts? And maybe you have even better idea's when you read mine.
