Even the automatic appraiser says 4b and that doesn't count any of the unallocated sp. I think his price is fair as it is so starting bid and buyout remain unchanged.

lol, well if you don't count his industrial skills there isn't much point bidding on an industrial char is there?

He could be turned to combat and 5.3m sp would probably put you in a pretty nice faction bs, marauder or multiple races of cruiser 5, you'd need to do a little training that way i think though.

Either way this guy won't be sold for the price of his unallocated sp alone.
