There is a Scope news about this topic.... The question Why is there already Sisters of Eve stations in Thera... Like Sisters of Eve is hiding something... So there are crazy about this?

But nobody ever ask the question why there are customs office in Wormholes. That should be also a topic in scope news.

Customs offices in Thera? idk, maybe someone built them?

On the other hand, since we can't do PI in Thera there is literally no point to having them.

Thats because of the Taxes...Tax collectors go beyond an boundaries to collect their share!

That was part of the initial announcement at introduction - SoE already has stations there. SoE's explanation isn't very revealing, and it's under investigation. Pretty clever way to cover having to put resources on scene to make it function well.
