I will send Tuscck the account username that I'd like the character to be transferred to within three days as I don't have an available character slot ready. Upon receiving the account username from me, the seller will initiate character transfer to that account within 24 hours and will cover the character transfer fee with 2 PLEX from his own assets.

WOW... Did you really just pay 11b, dude got robbed...
While I admit this character has alot of stuff that most people would consider unneccessary, and still would need alot of work to make it into a solid combat booster pilot (mostly training the t3's and other races battlecruisers) just the leadership skills alone make this character worth way more than 11b, Like I was considering a 16b offer, and honestly, if you'd had been accepted that, I would've actually got it really cheap, but 11b, you robbed yourself for letting it go so cheap.
