PVE and other ideas!

With the Sov revamp going ahead at full steam I think the next place that could use a good update is the PVE and general game environment. I love the direction we seem to be headed with the new Sleeper and Drifter NPCs and wanted to offer some of my ideas on where we could go from here!

Firstly using the new release cycle many of these changes and additions could be added over time making the workload easier upfront and allowing CCP to build on the narrative themes of Eve!

So first off I would love to see the new NPC AI used to created roaming gangs of NPCs that use more pvp oriented skills such as webs/scrams and available ewar, as well as the new ability to blitz systems checking belts and gates for players to attack. These fleets should have a strong random element to their composition that would make them difficult to predict before hand. CCP could implement these in waves first adding small gangs of the minor pirate factions, EOM, the Provists, Random pirates. This could lead to empire groups responding with fleets of their own, Amarr slavers/Holder fleets, Caldari special ops, Minmatar Freedom Fighters, Ect. probing the readiness of their enemies space. And as things continue to devolve the major pirate factions decide its time to show their prowess with fleets of their own roaming the stars. This would allow them to split up implementation over several release cycles while building the suspense and tension between each of the factions! It would also allow them to showcase some of the factions mentioned in lore and or who are minor players in missions could be fleshed out and added to the game!

Next I would love to see more background events happening in the universe, there are already npc haulers and miners in the game but I would love to see these expanded and used more, I would love for there to be random events where a NPC miner sent a request for help due to being attacked and you decide who to help them or the pirates. this would allow for a new type of event where players can help or hurt each other in a pve/pvp hybrid scenario! (I know this has been asked for before and I think its a great idea that alot can be done with!)

The next part is new missions, I would like if they could use the release cycle to put in a few new missions each few releases building a more interesting set of missions for players, These new missions should use the new AI and take advantage of all the new technology CCP has created to make them more interesting and dangerous! The same kind of system could be adopted for adding new combat anoms and reworking the older ones already in the game as well.

Over all I would like to see the Eve universe become a more vibrant place with more reasons to be in space and more interesting things going on all over the galaxy!

All sound like good ideas, but make it suitable for all levels of difficuilties not just super-rats for the elite to kill.

I agree completely I think the fleets should have a ton of randomness to their difficulty and makeup as well as any new missions should have as much randomness as possible to make it harder to just afk them.
