Learning Point Loss when using Dual character Training

Watch out. I bought a plex a month ago to train up an alt on Mining skills. The last one was Mining Barge V. I had three days left on that 16d skill so I though I would stop training on my main and finish the last three days on the alt. That way I didn't have to purchase a plex for a small amount of time. Boy did I get that one wrong. I logged in to start the training on my alt and the skill points had disappeared and the time went back to 16 days. I have put in a support ticket and I am sure that CCP will not rip me off as I paid for those days of training. BUT how long will it take them to look at the support ticket???" Last couple I had there was no response for a week. Anyway if your doing what I did keep an eye out...

Sometimes the client bugs out and displays the wrong information; I would log off exit and restart the client just to verify that the error is still there.

There is a very high probability that you have encountered a display bug that pops up sometimes.

That said, as no one on the forum can help you with this and CCP is not going to discuss your support ticket in public, this thread gets a lock. Rest assured the ticket will be handled.
