Is there actually people who really believe the CSM actually does some good for the game? Do they really believe the CSM has some pull with CCP?

I think those people are dreamers at best, delusional at worst...

I decided to not vote.
Biggest blocks in the game have the same ballot lists - so they alone can put most of the people on those list into the CSM.
