Damnation Have the best ehp of all Command ships and others don't eaven come close.

I Propose to to give Eos, Vulture and claymore some Hp boost also give the 10% hp per lvl. To close the gap and balance on-grid links. Roll

It's too easy to alpha Other command ships and it seems unair. the 7,5% Repir bonus on Eos and Claymore is usless in medium/big team fights. And Vulture seems to be half done with only 4% resists bonus Straight

What's more likely to happen is that the Damnation will have its EHP nerfed or you will be told to look more closely at the ships. Something with high EHP is probably paying for it elsewhere in the ship, probably by being slow and less agile than lower-EHP ones.

Vulture may not have as much EHP and suffer against alpha but fit right it gets much more potential EHP

I don't think going 200m/s and 2s align time is worth 100k raw ehp. And it's all before the links implants etc.

There is an ehp void betwen command ships. and some thing should be done Ugh

Damnation have like twice the EHP of Claymore and Eos, it's just silly and couses usage of prefered off grid links and creates a lack of variety among on-grid linking ships.

People don't wona bring on grid links because they get alphed easy.

you forgot a stat in that comparison

and ignoring that shields are strong in burst tank so comparing a sustained shield to sustained armor is going to show a gap no matter what you do

A Damnation is useless in Shield fleets, especially Ishtar, Tengu, Eagle and other kitey-fast-moving fleets, and even in AHAC fleets it's not exactly useful as it's slower than the HACs/Legions.
A Damnation is as agile as a freighter when it comes to align, warp, and sup-warp speed.
A Damnation is absolutely impossible to use as a damage dealer in the same way Vultures, Claymores and Eoses can be. An un-mag-stabbed Vulture already has more DPS than a HM Damnation with 2 BCU. A 2 HS Absolution with HB IIs has 560 DPS with INMultis, a 2 BCU HM Damnation with Fury 330.

I don't see a void here. I don't even see a point in comparing the Damnation to the other CS. The other CS can be used as regular combat ships. The only use for the Damnation is booster and tank.

Nothing to see here, move along.

Command ships get logi reps. "Burst tanking" is utterly irrelevent.

just because you fly with logi doesn't mean we all do some of use don't get in fleets much bigger than 4-5 and fights don't last much more than 3 min

so no burst tanking is not irrelevant and neither is the shield regeneration the OP seems to forget about on a vulture it can get up over 600EHP/s peek so in small gangs where DPS is low their tank isn't to shabby

X ship doesn't fit with my fleet comp doesn't mean X ship is bad

EDIT:

Hell i just looked on pyfa the vulture can get over 1kEHP/s (without heat or boosts or implants or recharge mods) against Ken/therm
