Hello I was having issues yesterday pretty much from 1pm till around midnight when I got the manual download to work. Yesterday when the launcher was trying to patch the first time and I noticed it was taking forever to download I manually downloaded the patch and tried to manually update. Reading comprehension failed and I was extracting the zip to the wrong folder so it didn't work and I let the launcher try to update again. Many hours later it failed again and I figure out how to read and was able to manually patch successfully.


I just tried to update a PC I'm building for a friend and the whole process took about 15 minutes.

From the leaks around the edges - CSM has been going round and round with CCP on this. CCP has dug in their heels - admitting that their old look was not only just fine, but infinitely preferable to the platter of crap UI themes they set out, would just stick in their craw. The new themes were ancient, ugly crap in the 1980's - that's why no one else uses them in UI's. This is a dead horse. By god, CCP knows what's best for us, so just HTFU ( did I do that right? Pat answers are tricky sometimes).

The checkboxes are fine, actually. The problem is having to do it multiple times across clients. Sliders too. If you made audio settings share-able, like overview settings, that would be great. I can think of different audio settings depending on my activity. I would ask for saved video settings to go with it, but I imagine switching between them would be a bit more jarring than just audio.

Can we get shareable audio settings, that would be greeeeat. thaaanks.

Client lagging (including fps drops) in big fleets like 500 although 20% CPU and 30% GPU.

Anyone else having this issue with the patch?

Exactly that, also artifacts in align / warp messages, letters look like they interlaced, also choppy video

No! This is what broke MTU loot all. Tiamat fixed it.

Please do not make the auto-close behavior effective for MTUs. Use case: MTU is full of ore. You also have several containers full of ore. As you empty out the MTU into the ore hold of your Miasmos, you should expect the MTU contents window to remain open until it pulls in more ore or wrecks. The persistent MTU window remains until you scoop it to your cargo, which closes the window (when you are finally done with the collection operation). The window close event of other wrecks and containers should be triggered by that container's despawn event.



They didn't break it this time, the window stays open. i tried it last night.

Yep this is correct. Tiamat contained a change that kept the MTU or MD window open after pressing 'loot all' button. There was an issue with this that caused other windows to behave in the same way, which has now been fixed.

It was attempting to add specifically this behaviour that broke it auto-closing for wrecks. 'Temporary' containers such as wrecks/cans should now auto-close once Loot-All'd, but more long-term structures such as MTUs should stay open.

Not sure if this is the right place to report following issue but still I think this was introduced with the latest patch:

I noticed in ISIS that T1 and T2 logistic ships now require Remote Hull Repair Systems skill for Mastery levels, but Remote Hull Repair Systems skill is under Support Drones Certificate?

Also for Mastery lvl 5 only Remote Hull Repair System 4 is required (same as for Mastery lvl 4).

CCP Great Success on Tiamet release GOOD JOB!!! I had zero issues with the download or implementation. Big smile Everything went smooth as silk. I did have a single hang up on the download but quickly realized it was an error on MY part which I promptly resolved.

The one issue I would like to present that seems to also have been presented in an earlier post is that after destroying Serpentis the sound affect for their presence continues after death. Seems like it may be out of sync or stuck on loopback.

As a sidenote the background brightness I have experienced was quickly dealt with when I readjusted the settings of my monitor and 32"HDMI set up.

anyway may you continue to enjoy future success and I pray you do not give up your integrity for money or mass appeasement.

HI im having troubles with sound after this release.

When im useing my guns ( ac,s and artys havnt tried other weapons yet) then i get no sound from my guns at all aswell as the notification voice telling me my guns are reloading and other sounds totally lag out and is stuttering while my guns are active.

apart from that the download went smoothly for me, 3 minutes to DL and 12 minutes to install.

And to the trolls,YES EVE DOES HAVE SOUNDShocked
