How long does a "stuck" petition take these days?

Got a friend who warped to a wormhole, it said something about being "cleared to jump in x seconds", and now he's stuck. Won't let him jump into the wormhole, or let him warp away. I told him to file a "stuck" petition, but I'm just curious how long that takes.

Thanks

It depends on how many non-sense tickets the GM team has to go through.

Has your friend tried re-logging to see if the emergency warp fixes it?

Thanks.

It looks like a GM has already responded. Unfortunately, in the process of moving my friend, the wormhole was closed, despite having 25%+ time remaining. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning for anyone else who comes across this thread.

Until the petition becomes un-stuck?

Apart from the fact that you should not post about Support Tickets on the forum and 'Stuck' tickets are generally resolved as quickly as possible by the GM's, the problem has also already been solved apparently.

Therefore, thread locked.
