Tiamat Feedback

We are happy to announce that the Tiamat release has been successfully deployed!

Tiamat brings the new Minmatar Tactical Destroyer, the Svipul, along with balancing to projectile weapons, many more corp little things and friendly fire control, visual updates to strcutures in missions and deadspace areas, new UI icon additions, more themed UI elements, quality settings for sun flares, atmospheric sounds for pirate faction structures, improvements to the audio engine, additions to turrer audio and of course a new theme tune for Tiamat.

In addition to these features, a number of new inhabitants of New Eden will be emerging from their slumber to begin exploring, their motives unknown and their tolerance for capsuleers untested until first contact.

Sorry I have to ask.... again... but...

Any chance of being able to disable the change of background color of windows following mouse clicks ?
aka "Diable Focus Tracking" (similar to disabling the annoying "Blur")

Perhaps this feature could make it into the game before the next century...

Dream on dude, it will NEVER happen.

They have a defect list as long as your arm, going back months/years that they hardly ever look at. This probably isn't even on it as it is "working as intended", along with many other "features" that were introduced in a broken state.

Has anyone got a drop from a drifter yet?

I know nothing dropped from them on Sisi.

Not even CCP would make just about the only new thing in the patch, which has a high level of risk to take out, produce no reward. So we all assumed when drifters made it onto TQ they dropped something decent.

While this is a noticeable improvement, there seems to be a stark contrast between high and low-res textures on the exterior of structures (particularly stations). Was this intentional?

Just CCP things. Next they remove the stck all option so you have to manualy drag&drop everything to stack it. Lol

Why removing the small pictures of items for sale in contracts? Who was the genius, and serves to what? What does this improve, balance or name-it-how-you-want-except b*llshit?
CCP, there's also a Player Annoying Team hired or what?

What did the Circadian Seekers drop? Nothing.
But ratting bot users complaint that their bot was shooting those Seekers and it took ages, making the bot not profitable at all.
Now we do have nasty Drifters... ratting bots shoot red crosses, let them shoot drifters.
No need for loot, you don't have to fight them.
A bot might feel the need to figth them as it is a red cross... and those bot ships might have tasty loot, just take it :)

Hello Noriko and other people curious about these,

1. Removed the ability to drag items into the Industry window and have the corresponding blueprint appear
2. It is no longer possible to link PI product schematics in the chat window

Let me start with 2. This has actually never worked, and was going to be too much work and touch on too many other areas that we felt it was the best and safest course of action to remove it. Previously linking it to a chat window and selecting the link would open the Show Info window with no content.

Point 1, we discussed this to some length before deciding to remove it. In the end we decided that it was confusing more players than it was helping as it would open in Preview mode and the messages were not clear to the player. We might revisit this if players need this sort of feature.

I hope this answers things for you.

If not I am happy to try and clarify more.

The split black and blue skill queue timeline is a known issue.

What is behind these wormholes and how come only Drifter battleships enter them, and why do Circadian Seekers interfere.

All of this started happening after dozens of the unidentified structures decloaked Cool
