Can anyone that has 10.0 standings with an agent confirm something for me?

I have 10.0 standings with a particular mission agent listed in my character sheet, but when I open a conversation with them to start a mission their "Effective Standing" with me is displayed as 9.9. Is this the same for everyone else? This is the first agent I have gotten 10.0 with and don't know if this is intended.

Forgive my OCD.

That's normal. It's a rounding/display issue.

To view your actual standing with the agent :

Open up the Agent info window - click the standings tab - scroll down and view the Agents personal standing towards you.

Then compare that to what is listed in your character sheet - standings section - liked by tab.

You can do the same with Corporations and Factions as well.

Thank you to both of the above.

I did a little experiment with a fresh alt running a tutorial mission with the newbie agent to test a hunch I had. It appears the "Effective Standing" that is displayed in the agent conversation window is not rounded up like the standings in the character sheet or the information windows are. So, it seems the only way to reach 10.0 in that display is for your actual standing to be exactly at 10.0 with the agent.

From what I understand how the standings gain formula works this should be impossible unless you basically max out in all of the number spaces to the right of the decimal for our exact standings as they are stored in the database. No idea how many number spaces our exact standings consist of though so /shrug.
