I need a toon that has all or most of the prerequisites to fly any of the four black ops battleships, though preferably the Panther or Sin. also needs all or most of the skills required to fit the covert jump portal generator. Final wonderful addition to that would be JDC V, though that is optional.
that is really all i need this toon for. additional skills may or may not be very useful.

however, if you have a toon that is fitting those credentials but has additional skills please still mail me concerning that, as i may still be willing to buy it.

likewise, if you have a character that is cheap and is decently close to being able to fly what i require, please mail me concerning this, as i may still be willing to purchase this toon.

would like a positive wallet.
