Of course I want to get rid of Old Sovereign ties and Corps and replace them with the my New Order.
It will make my combat so more Meaningful and my Life full of Purpose.

The thing is, I'm fairly sure I've seen them espouse that idea on at least one prior occasion. Of course it was shot down then as well.

You're witnessing the truth of human nature - how we managed to survive the predators that wanted to eat us. But, you're seeing it with a fabricated point-of-view - the one that you have to have to feel tough, and special and wild and dangerous when you are in fact none of the above. The fact is, regardless of what you may wish to think, or pretend, in the long run your true nature will mold and shape your reality for you. <--- TL;DR.

We may wish to see ourselves Klingon-like, or like the Mongols, traversing the wilds subduing all those we come across; bending reality to our will by dint of force and ferocity. In truth our species discovered tens of thousands of "years" ago that stabalizing, neutralizing and balancing whole regions of reality is what allows us to raise our offspring in relative safety so they may live to adulthood. It's difficult to imagine something you are not. Fortunately, or unfortunately for the ego end of EVE, you are not of a predatory species. Therefore, actual predatory behavior is not in your genetic memory.

There are those who would argue the contrary citing warfare as the proof. However, these are our indoctrinated members who are unaware, or who choose to ignore, the fact warfare has more to do with business than it does defending democracy, protecting our freedom, or any of the other propaganda-driven excuses used to impel a person to do things they know inside themselves they should not be doing, such as shooting people for flimsy reasons they've been handed by unscrupulous people.

So, if you truly look at this stasis on the EVE map in the light of the facts with regard to human behavior, you'll easily see it's an inevitability, since it's humans playing this game, and it's a perfectly human outcome. If you look at it from the highly-indoctrinated, mythological, and basically false set of beliefs humans today see themselves under, then of course it makes no sense at all - but then, you make no sense to you at all, and your real life makes no sense to you...and you're just hovering on a psychological pretense that smacks of the Sword of Damacles.

Honestly I never Understood why would a player pay another player to rent a station when players can Squat free anywhere in the Eve Universe.
