While reading a comment about POSses being attacked by sleepers and the possibility to use such a mechanism to remove "trash sticks" (left behind by the owner blocking and cluttering the systems) from the game I had an idea:

What about a black market where you can hire Sleepers (or other pirates) to do the dirty job for you? You spend ISK, they attack a POS you choose. Twisted

Sleepers aren't pirates.

But if it were to use pirates, even then it isn't that great of an idea- it just gets rid of a profession that's already pretty active in-game
