I am cleaning out some officer mods. Based on several appraisals, this matching pair of smart-bombs should bring 650mil each.

Buy one and get it for 650. Buy two and get a 100mil discount.

What makes them valuable is the extra range/damage for a lot less than a Chelm's or other Meta 14 officer smarty (5-6 bil/each).
