OK! I'm on the hunt for something special. I have 21B to spend on a well trained PVP character that will become my new main. As long as the character has Cybernetics 5 and zero waste I'm open to any suggestions.

I have 21m sp in gunnery alone ! plug in JDC,minmatar dread + Capital ships and you have a mean mofo dreadnaught / subcapital pilot :)
