i'm going to go out on a limb and guess that that might have been a joke.

but im anxious for the update as well and i appreciate all the work that goes into EFT. Thanks Gripen.

The alternate mirror site for EFT downloads in the first post is flagged by my security software as dangerous and as a malware distributer. Is it really that hard to find fairly legit free file hosting sites? I see a lot of use of adfly and mediafire for minecraft files. Is there something wrong with those? I love EFT, but the hosting sites the maker uses always seem pretty shady, especially when the Juno cloud site was advertising porno and bogus link bait related to it (No I did not click on it LOL! I know better).


I wonder if www.Nexusmods.com would add EVE Online to it's site. It welcomes pretty much any PC game and is pretty solid. I've used it for years for mods for various Elder Scrolls series games, and bethesda's fallout games.

Under Projected effects: can you possibly make it so you can use scripted remote tracking computers so you can see what your tracking is, same thing with remote sensor boosters.

You can already do this, though its not obvious and its never explained anywhere.

Open up another ship fitting with the remote tracking comps in it. Then put the script you want on that module and drag that scripted module to the projected effects. It will use the attributes from that fitted module. Including skills and links. If you want to change the script you will have to repeat the process.

This also works for remote sensor boosters, sensor damps, tracking disruptors, webs and target painters.

I only know of Pyfa and EFT. both not updated.

Thanks for all work you done, i see you are little busy right now, becouse i see you know what :), i m curious, form that i figure it out eft is java aplication, is there maybe some easy tutorial that learn things that allow simlpe not programer person make changes in eft? becouse i have some free time sometimes, and maby i can do some eft updates

Proteus version is available.

People who had issues with popup menus causing EFT to hang, please report if this would happen again in this release (I made some changes which I believe should solve them).

Both links are working fine with plenty of people downloading every day without any issues. No matter where I would host there will always be some false alarms from different antivirus packages some people using. As for advertisements: welcome to the Internet - that's how it works.

EFT is not written on java and custom modifications are not officially supported.

Put it up on mega or any other hosting site made in the last 5 years that doesn't make users enter a captcha and then wait for 60 seconds.

You're free to make your own program, support it for years without being paid for it while having to deal with the onslaught of entitled fuckwits with dumb requests, people nicking your work for their own use and many other annoying issues that make you want to stop doing what you're doing. Yet, you STILL do it anyway because you feel it's not right to kill it off.

And then put it on any file hosting service of your choice so we can start whining about how it's the wrong one.
