Standings Groups with Import-Export

This idea is to help make more efficient use of the built-in standings features when rapid change is desireable. Needed standings settings can change considerably as players work with different groups (e.g. dependent on combined enemies of this PVP fleet) -OR- move around EVE (e.g. Providence vs hi sec) -OR- experience different circumstances (e.g. wardec allies). The effective standings they need to work with may change radically and sometimes include huge lists of corps, alliances, or individuals.

Allow players to import standings from several sources in addition to personal contacts, corp and alliance. These imported standings should be stored in separate groups to be optionally applied as circumstances change (thus descriptions and group naming would be nice). Standings groups could be deleted, saved, exported as well.

Ideally each group can be given a precedence order number for which groups have greatest standings override authority. Again ideally normal personal, corp and alliance standings would also have adjustable precedence order numbers --- though by default the highest precedence would be current alliance, current corp, and personal.

Optionally it would be nice to see a list of contacts for which significant standings override differences exist & a list of which standings groups are in conflict (perhaps by assigned precedence order number for brevity). This could serve to highlight changes in operational attitudes (e.g. Goons are friends now for this invasion operation versus worse enemies) or pick out errors in standings setting or outright scams (hey its EVE and your source of imported standings data might prove to be treacherous).

I fully acknowledge ahead of time that not all EVE players have use for such a feature -- especially SISE (Shoot It - Shoot Everyone) and isolated system occupants under NCSI (Not Corp Shoot It) and SAS (Shoot All Strangers).

The point is adding and deleting standings is sometimes tedious and error prone.

Most multi-alliance null coalitions could probably use some form of this enhanced standings feature to rapidly update standings across most key members.
