Looking for a SOLID toon with the skills I have posted.

Open to the differnet races, but prefer Caldari.

Would like Command ships and T3 Tengu skills maxed.

This means HAM's and Heavy missiles maxed.

All neccessary shield and engineering skills polished as well.

Looking for all warfare skills to 5.

Send me what you have and lets get this rolling.

Budget: 15-18 Bil
