Hi Rampel is a competent vindi pilot with excellent gunnery skills, have ran incursions many times with a vindi he is tried and proven vindicator pilot. If your looking for a toon to sit and run incursions to make you some serious isk, this is your guy ! This guy requires no further training to get you straight into incursions.
