Is the supposedly 'new star' in eve?

But I found this on the skybox and I found it rather weird - http://i.imgur.com/tDBD9kj.png

I find the change in quality strange, it looks out of place and I haven't found another star like it on the skybox.

(Also first thread, not sure if i put it in the right place XD)

There's no "new star" anyway. It went ker-plowie. Soon CCP will fill us in on what happened, and I'm pretty sure we'll all face the consequences of that - "industrial accident"?
