Plus, this Pilot comes with an Incursion Clone set up for a Machariel. He's in a training clone now, and his incursion clone is safely parked in a Hisec Starter system. Implants in that clone are:

High Grade Halos in Slots 1-5 to cut the Mach's Sig Radius down to Battlecruiser size
6% Powergrid implant in Slot 6
5% Tracking Implant in Slot 7
5% Medium Hybrid Turret Damage implant in Slot 8
6% Turret Rate of Fire implant in Slot 9
6% Large Projectile Turret Damage implant in Slot 10

Pilot is in Hisec, Has no kill rights against him. Security Status is 5.0 and standings allow entry into all races Hisec space.
