So i have searched, i have googled and well despite not being a very new person in eve, I can't seem to find *good* information on special implants that give huge training speed boosts for only the first month.

I just started a new account, and will probably start another one soon. Is it possible to get these for "sidekick" specials or are they part of some starter pack?
