I'm looking to buy as perfect a frigate pilot as possible. Must be close to or already capable of flying all T1 & T2 frigates with mostly excellent supporting and weapon system skills.

Attention I'm looking for a hyper-focused pilot here folks. SP's in large weapon systems, cruiser class hulls, or anything else non-frigate related is wasted SP to me.
