Must have

Advanced Mass Production 4 or 5
Mechanic 5
Science 5
Engineering 5

I know it may be hard to find a Toon with just these skills, but please don't overload me with crap. Not interested in paying for a Miner - hate mining Roll

I was looking for the same sort of char, had 0 interest, decided to build it myself, doesnt take long if you dont mind waiting a couple of weeks... hope this helps
