Context: Mining

When an asteroid is depleted then the strip miner can at times still register as active;
this would happen if another mining unit finished of the asteroid in question.

Could then that strip miner that is essentially mining nothing anymore glow yellow; where yellow indicates that it is heading towards an off-state.

In that way it is easier to spot what unit i need to turn off.

Or use a scanner

I believe the process is a bit clunky and manually intentionally to reward those who make the effort with better yield than those who don't/go AFK.

Pfff, like anyone would see it anyway. Wasted dev effort until they make mining take more than alt-tabing when you hear Aura say 'the asteroid has been depleted.'

yes yes, like i would forget, that loathing and hate is the default perception point these days.
Now, spare me the inevitable war and bounty isk throwing like all the other parasites froth with

i think it is a great idea to change light-states of a mining turret that is no longer mining a rock, for that rock has been depleted by another mining laser.

While this is true, the interaction between the scanner and mining is terrible. And could be improved on.
