I did try turning it off and on again.

The link "Dev blog: Industry & Teams - The Removal of Teams" is not a link.

The link beneath, "Dev blog: Download on Demand Client for EVE Online" works as expected.
It underlines and the mouse-cursor changes to a hand, when hovered.

The top link is just text.
